PICTURES OF LILY (Feature)
In Pictures Of Lily we follow an odd couple (a quiet, dispirited, nameless businessman and a forthright, free-spirited woman called Lily) as they make their way through a seaside town and their one day together.
First we spy the suited London Man –a fish out of water– as he loses himself in Modern Bohemia surrounded by hippy hipsters. We watch as he regards a stranger in a flea market, until she spots him back and confronts him – but not us, fortunately. Then we attach ourselves to the two of them as they play mind games; watch and interact with others. But do they know they are being watched? Do they know each other? Or are they destined to part the way they met … as strangers?
