DEATH AT THE DINING TABLE (Sketch Comedy)
In this first sketch, a loud, buoyant and multicultural family has assembled to celebrate their patriarch’s birthday. Grandpa Hafif is 70 today, however this is of minor importance to many at the table. Everyone has brought their expectations, insecurities, jealousies and veiled desires to the table, and like the straw that breaks the camel’s back, it doesn’t take much to unleash the unpleasant side of the family. As personalities grate against one another, the characters reveal their true selves and Grandpa Hafif goes to surprising lengths to escape them.
